Robert, graduated from ENSEEIHT and McGill Business School, has 30 years experience in the software field.

He began his career in Canada for 3 years at HydroQuebec.

Back in France he held several management positions at McDonnell Douglas Information System, including that of Director of Business Development where he has promoted a wide range of software in the banking sector, CAD/CAM and Networks.

Then Robert was named Vice President of INGRES where he created and developed the European subsidiary before the company merged with Computer Associates.

He founded AIMS Software, a leading European software Marketing Automation vendor funded by Apax Partners and SGAM .

Michel holds a Master of Science and Technology from University of Orleans. After 20 years working at Cegid, a major ISV, Michel was Technical Director. He joined LexisNexis France as Director of Research, Development, Quality and Services.

During the 5 years at Lexis Nexis, Michael has established standards and development methods and restructured the Helpdesk.

In parallel with these activities, team management and project management, Michael has participated in numerous consulting assignments in methodology and organization in partnership with Microsoft teams.

Michel provides the technical leadership of the company. As CTO, he warranties the methodology developed to conduct the audits.

Thierry graduated at ISTEC (Business School in Paris). He grew up his career from Sales Rep to General Manager. Thierry is expert in startups and "Business Development".

28 years of experience gained mainly among US ISVs and integrators (SG2, Ingres, Unify, Full Line, Pentasafe Security Technologies, Pidactis).

Before joining Software Continuity to develop the business, Thierry secured the position of Vice President of Sales for 4 years at Alter Way, integrator in the open source environment.
