Software Continuity provides access to the power of its methodology through its portal on a subset of aggregated indicators (40).

Audit:

The audit is conducted on the ISVs premisses collecting information (interviews, document analysis, ) and using specific tools (source code analysis, business process modeling , etc..).
This data collection and analysis is done by Software Continuity certified experts. After diagnosis, a report and dashboards are delivered to ISVs based on all indicators (250).
They identify strengths and weaknesses and propose a list of recommendations. All the results are presented and reviewed at the ISVs.

Software Continuity Certification:

ISVs meeting Software Continuity standards (recommendation plan) can ask for certification. Certification requires periodic review of indicator values and attaining minimum standards.
These dashboards help ISVs to improve management of R&D, customer satisfaction and maintenance.
The multi-year monitoring of these dashboards provides a way to detect early signs of failure and to respond proactively.
