ARTICLE 1: Purpose
These “terms and conditions” are intended the legal framework conditions for provision of site software-continuity.com services and their use by the “User”.
The terms and conditions must be accepted by any User wishing to access the site. They constitute the contract between the site and the user. Access to the site by the User means acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Publishing Site software-continuity.com is provided by the Company software-continuity SAS with capital of € 51,000, registered in RC Paris under number 487 869 125 and whose registered office is at 55 avenue Marceau – 75116 Paris.
The website is hosted in data centers OVH headquartered at 2 rue Kellerman -59,100 Roubaix.
ARTICLE 3: Définitions
This clause is intended to define the various essential terms of the contract:
- User: This term refers to any person using the site or any of the services offered by the site.
ARTICLE 4: Access
The site is accessible for free anywhere at any user with access to the Internet. All costs incurred by the User to access the service (hardware, software, internet, etc.) are dependent.
The site uses all the means at its disposal to ensure quality access to its services. The requirement means is, the site does not undertake to achieve this result.
Any event due to a case of force majeure resulting in a network failure or server is not the responsibility of software-continuity.com.

ARTICLE 5: Intellectual Property
Trademarks, logos, signs and other content of the site are subject to protection by the Code of Intellectual Property and more specifically by copyright.

The User agrees to use the website contents in a strictly private manner. Use content for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
Any content posted by the User is the sole responsibility. The User agrees not to upload content that may harm the interests of third parties. Any legal action initiated by an injured party against the site will be supported by the User.
User Content can be any time and for any reason removed or changed by the site. The user receives no justification and notification prior to the removal or alteration of User Content.

The website reserves the right at any time to modify the terms stipulated in this contract.
ARTICLE 10: Duration
The duration of this contract is indefinite. The contract takes effect with respect to the user from using the service.
ARTICLE 11: Applicable law and jurisdiction
French law applies to this contract. In the absence of amicable resolution of a dispute arising between the parties, only the courts in Paris have jurisdiction.
